01 — AI STORY AUTHORING
AI enforces structure from the first keystroke
Every story is guided into the "As a <user>, I want <action>, so that <benefit>" format through an AI-assisted modal. Enzzo checks completeness in real time — flagging vague intent, missing benefit statements, and non-measurable criteria before a story ever reaches Draft. Good stories start with a good prompt, not a style guide.
02 — AI ACCEPTANCE CRITERIA
Measurable AC generated and validated by AI
Enzzo auto-suggests acceptance criteria based on the story's intent — TTM, load time, touch target size, number of interaction turns. PMs approve, edit, or add criteria in a structured checklist. AI flags when AC is subjective ("should feel fast") and proposes a quantified version. No more stories that pass review but fail QA.
03 — AI REQUIREMENT TRACING
AI maps stories to requirements — automatically
As stories are written, Enzzo's AI traces them to the product spec in real time, surfacing which requirements each story covers. A single coverage dot — green, amber, or red — makes traceability visible on every row without any manual linking. The story–requirement gap that used to surface at sprint review now surfaces at authoring.
04 — AI GAP DETECTION
Uncovered requirements caught before they ship
Enzzo continuously monitors the spec for requirements that have no corresponding story. The "⚠ uncovered" indicator in the toolbar is always live — not a report you run on Fridays. When AI detects a gap, it suggests the missing story and pre-populates the template. Coverage drift that used to derail sprints is stopped at the backlog.
05 — AI PRIORITY INTELLIGENCE
Priority informed by dependency and coverage, not gut feel
Priority chips are fully interactive — one click to change across P0–P3. Enzzo surfaces AI signals alongside manual priority: which stories block the most requirements, which have incomplete AC, which have been in Draft longest. Group-level health summaries let PMs assess sprint scope without scanning every row.
06 — AI-READY WORKSPACE
A single surface where AI and PM work together
The split master-detail panel keeps the full backlog and story context visible simultaneously — no modals, no context switching. Personas, categories, and AC types grow with the product via AI-assisted "Add new" flows. Attachments, status, and traceability all live on the story. AI is a collaborator in the workspace, not a separate tab.
